Refund policy

Please note:  Because my products are for personal use, I am not able to offer refunds or exchanges. I offer mini/trial sizes of all of my products so you can try before splurging on a full size.

Shipping Policy: Once a package is picked up from our Summit, WI, location the tracking and delivery resposibilty is outside of my control. The shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery. I am unable to replace a lost or missing package. If you have concerns about your delivery location, contact me for an optional USPS shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery. The USPS charges an additional $3.25 fee for this service and I will invoice you for this fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. If an item arrives damaged, please snap a photo of it and contact Lisa at coudninesoap@gmail.com within two days for replacement instructions.
