Skin can be very unpredictable this time of year as we transition from warm weather to cold. Like the rest of the body and mind, balance is key, our skin reflects what is going on inside of us. Diet, stress, product sensitivites, and the change in seasons can create an imbalance that leaves skin looking and feeling dry, dull, or irritated. Here are a some easy things you can do to keep your skin in top shape year 'round.

• Exfoliate:
  Keep the dead skin cell top layer of your skin turned over- exfoliate weekly. This will prevent clogged pores and allow your moisturizers to be absorbed. Look for natural and gentle exfoliants like clays and seeds. My  Goats Milk Soap is an excellent choice for both body and face. • Switch to oil:
  Have you gotten yourself on the oil train yet? Plant oils are naturally high in fatty acid, plump up skin cells and deeply nourish. • Be kind to yourself:
