Skin can be very unpredictable this time of year as we transition from warm weather to cold. Like the rest of the body and mind, balance is key, our skin reflects what is going on inside of us. Here are a some easy things you can do to keep your skin in top shape year 'round.
Keep the dead skin cell top layer of your skin turned over- exfoliate weekly. This will prevent clogged pores and allow your moisturizers to be absorbed. Switch to oil:
