If you're a liquid hand soap user, and want an all-natural soap, below is a DIY recipe that's inexpensive, easy, and a great alternative to the commercial gunk that you buy at the store.

Amazon sells the foaming dispensers and Dr. Bronner's, and Avery sells labels with free templates that you can down load, customize, and print right at home.

DIY Foaming Hand Soap

You'll need one (8oz.) foaming dispenser,

To which you will add:

  • 2 oz. Dr. Bronners Organic Baby Castile Soap
  • 2 tsp. of either sweet almond oil, avocado oil, or fractionated coconut oil               (optional, but a bit of oil makes the soap more conditioning)
  • 20 drops of essential oil of your choice
  • Fill the bottle with 6 oz. distilled water
  • Screw the pump dispenser cap onto the bottle
  • That's it! You're done
